Lost and don't know what to do or who to talk to

Less than one minute read time.

I had an MRI scan in October 2024, 6 weeks ago I eventually got an appointment to see a consultant, It all happened so quick and I had no time to take it in or to ask any questions, I was told that I had prostate cancer and that no treatment was available to me because of other medical conditions, I have ulcerative colitis and have had 2 serious operations since 2020, because of the colitis I can not have Radiotherepy to treat my cancer, I can not even have a biopsy to determin what stage the cancer has reached because i do not have a back passage due to the operations, I was sent home and told that I will have to wait 6 months and then have another MRI scan to see how much it has spread.

I live on my own and have told my Family but I think that they do not know how to handle it and they do not really talk to me now. I have never felt so lonely in my life and feel all alone, any advice please would be appreaciated
