You really don't have time to appreciate the diagnosis in the midst of your treatment!  I've just come to the end of my 18 months Theresa, and it's only now that I've actually started to realise "%%%% I've had cancer!"  And therein begins a whole new chapter ... However, let's deal with one thing at a time.

Like you I was incredibly sick on EC (AC in my case, same diff I believe) but found Docetaxol far more tolerable (apart from being allergic to it!)  I only had the joint pains for one cycle, and was full of beans for the rest of it.  My hair actually started growing back and generally life started to look rosy again.  I also found radiotherapy a breeze, apart from having to trek to the hospital every day for 5 weeks, I didn't have too many side-effects from that either.  What I'm really trying to say is, you are well on the home straight now, and before you know it you will be basking in the spring sunshine (wearing lots of factor 50 of course) with all the other beautiful flowers ...
