hi every one , just thought i would let you know that i did the race for life today with my three daughters . i walked the course & my time was 1hr 7 mins & 4 seconds . thank you to everyone who sponsered me & there is still time if anyone wants to sponser me there is a link on my profile page . havnt been on site for a while . i went into the hospice for ten days & feel so much better now my pain is under control again & life is back on track summer is here & the sun is shining so feeling really happy . really think i have that sads disorder because i get really down in the winter months well enough of my ramberling will close now hope everyone is as well as can be take care love n hugs theresa xxx ps will upload pics from todays race a.s.a.p xxxx

thank you tricia for your lovely comments also for sponsering me . i feel so much better after going into the hospice . i had burnt myself out i think so to get my meds under control & a much needed rest i feel so much better . i am so glad that we did the race wouldnt have missed it for anything going to sign up for next year as soon as poss. woke up with a bit of muscle pain in my legs & neck but a nice cup of tea & some pain killers & i will be off back to bed . how are you ? i hope you are doing ok take care love n hugs theresa xxx
