Hi all 7 weeks now no fags used Champix it really as worked with an awful lot of willpower too!!!! i'm so proud of myself because have really been tested over this last month but done it,so it can be done i used to smoke 30 aday so its all good don't need another cancer besides the one i've got!!! Well done Tracy, you're doing really great. Keep it up!! I use a website called quitnet.com that really helps me because it shows me how many cigs I haven't smoked, how much money I've saved (although I'm not sure where that money's gone! lol). etc etc xx

Im struggling too you think with my cheek rebuilt i would never look at another fag but i would bite yr hand off for one :o( x

And Hayley yr right Where does the money go i guess unless you put it a pot daily you dont see it i guess .

So its a big Pat on the back for all US NON SMOKERS lets keep it up x
