Been a mixture of day
Found that the heating had failed to come on this morning
A friend strained her ankle this morning
Another friend got good news
Blood test results came back today and was good. Radiotherapy at the beginning of the year is working in conjunction with hormone therapy injections to keep my cancer in control. Seeing the Urologist on the 20th, hopefully will be finished with hospitals after this for a while after year and a half of treatment. Hormone therapy may cease to work sometime in the future but will face that when it happens.
Nearly down to my recommended weight for the first time in thirty years
Picking my daughter up on Thursday for a week of Retail Therapy with my wife. Will develop carrier bag arms if I am not careful
