Going in on Mon 21st for my op on Tues 22nd,totally terrified.Cant believe this is happening 2 me...Having Sentinal Node Biopsy,Mastcetomy & back falp reconstruction all in one surgery.
Glutton for punishment OR WHAT!!!!lol...Thats me----All or nothing...Good luck to every1 having surgery &/or treatment this wk...Take care of you...C u on the other side,Ann.x

    Hi Ann, I went in beginning of jan for Radical excision of Sarcoma on right thigh and total reconstuction of hamstring. I went to theatre at 5.30pm on Thursday I was at home Friday watching Eastenders. Us girls are tough.

    Hi Ann, good luck. Just keep on asking for the pain killers even if it doesnt hurt. I know its scarry but its best to get it over with in one operation so you dont have to go through the pre op nerves. Also keep your bed propped up, when i came out of surgery the first time, i didnt even know that you could do that with the be and it made my chest feel better. Had my 3 rd surgery in January so now i know all the useful tips. LOL
