    Hi i have been given venlafaxine a mild anti-depressant and it has calmed my hot flushes down alot.x

    Hi

    I used my hot flushes as a good excuse for new cloths!  Lovely summary shirts, new make up (to go with the new shirts) and some beautiful cardigans I can take off easily.  I am currently looking to change my perfume too...............
