This is only my humble opinion, BUT HRT is a no no and proved to be a big contributory factor in getting breast cancer! I did, however, stop taking mine twelve years ago - took a herbal replacement for a while, but then put up with the hot flushes (actually quite nice in the winter time he he) and haven't taken anything since. No idea if this is in my genetic family as both my sister and I were adopted from separate families.
Not having borne children can also be a factor in contracting BC - but let's face it, they say we all have that nasty little malicious cell lurking harmlessly in our bodies and most of the time it stays dormant - just sometimes it gets hungry and decides it's had enough of hiding and then we get sick! Stress is a factor too and I'm sorry to say I have had nothing but stress for quite a few years in India - but then again, I could walk out of the house and get hit by lightening and cremated at the same time, so, my humble opinion really doesn't stand for much now, does it :-)
Nite all, nearly time to power down and watch the TV. :-)
