More wait and worry !

Less than one minute read time.
Well tomorro the 23rd July i have been called in for my much awaited but dreaded PET scan to try and determine the Primary site of my cancer which has been found as a secondary in my lymph node in my neck! You guys will know exactly what im feeling and this site really helps at times like this i try not to burden my daughters with every little thing as they are going through their own turmoil. It just helps to be able to type on my pc and try and be positive and hear all the good stories on here and have such lovely support from fellow sufferers! I l keep you posted on the results! Hiya Jill,

This site has helped me too and you will meet some lovely people. Sorry to hear about you having lymph secondaries and I hope they find the primary for you by scan. My journey began last August when I was diagnosed with oral cancer and then a huge op to remove the tumour on my 44th birthday in September they did a neck dissection also, but all was clear.

All the best with the scan and keep us posted with your further treatment. Take care Ruthxx

    All the best for tomorrow.

Writing my blog on here is all part of my treatment, keeps me positive and reminds me that I've got this bunch of virtual friends who know what it's like.

    :-)

    A xx

    Hi Jill

Once you know what is going on and what will happen its easier to cope with, whatever the news. Its the waiting and wondering that is so so stressful. Nothing can be as bad as our imaginations . . . .

We'll all be thinking of you tomorrow and wishing you well

    love and gentle hugs

    Hi Jill

Wishing you lots of luck for tomorrow. Like you I'm trying to be positive although now and then it's a little difficult. As you say, it's the waiting that's the worst part of it all. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and keeping everything crossed for you.

    Love

    Angela
