I was reading a article in the Guardian Online about a study carried out by a Harvard scientist. The results of the study showed that men who have had a vasectomy are 10% more likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer and also showed the highest for men who had a vasectomy before the age of 38.

As a man who never had a vasectomy, if I had of every considered one in my younger days, I would hope that during the consultation beforehand that man will be told of the risks of prostate cancer. With prostate cancer being the most communist cancer in the uk for men, men need to be told of the vasectomy dangers. The article is a very interesting read
