Mo had some visitors today firstly my mum came around this morning to see her and bought us lunch.Mo fancied a burger today so I went to the grill takeaway just up the road from our home.Mo thoroughly enjoyed her burger & fries she got in a bit of a mess but 'what the heck'.Its good to see her eat well and be normal...momentarily! Later on her best friend Carol, for over 35 years visited late afternoon, this was a 'biggy'as it was the first time she had seen Mo since we told her about the cancer but she just managed to keep it together.Lots of cuddling, hugging & kissing though lol.Mo went to bed about 5.30-6pm the two visits wore her out took her meds and settled for a bit.Once Mo had settled I showed Carol the Macmillan website and showed her the blogs I had been writing on there,I think it helped.Carol said she would come again 'bearing gifts, one of her homemade cottage pies, can't wait lol neither can Mo.
