For a change I went to visit Mo in the afternoon normally I visit in the mornings only because Ewa was working in the afternoons over the weekend. We try and work it as best we can so at least somebody's with Mo on and off all day, well for at least 3-4 hours each time at least. The nursing staff at the hospice do a brilliant job when were not there which makes things a little easier for us all. I turned up today and there were people everywhere,a big marquee set up in the grounds and even a doughnut and burger stall??!! I hadn't a clue what was going on and I'm guessing other visitors were saying the same,it turned out there was a book signing by Dr Who/Little Britain star Tom Baker. I didn't even know St Michaels Hospice held book signings all the extra people floating about there were obviously BIG Dr Who and Little Britain fans!!. I mean how long ago did Tom Baker play Dr Who,20-30 years ago?? I guess it made my visit to Mo more interesting and less routine...I suppose.
