After dad having a relatively good day yesterday, he has went downhill again the emergency doctor had to be called in again at 5am, they just upped his hydromorphone because they wasnt sure what else to do because they could not get a hold of the cancer consultant at the hospice to inform them what dose of morphine they could give dad so apparently thay are putting in a complaint about that because there should be someone on call to help in matters like this. We have a appointment at the hospice this afternoon, things seem to be gathering momentum I am so afraid that this is the start of the end. I am so tired thats 2 night on the trot I have had very little sleep. Heaven knows how I will get on at work today.
