Ups and Downs

Less than one minute read time.

Well last night was a rip raoring success, managed to eat some lovely casserole and even managed half a fresh cream eclair, I also managed to stay awake past 8.30 so was very chuffed with myself.

Woke this morning not feeling too bad at all, drove to London popped a Kalm cos I could feel that sicky feeling coming back. Trying to keep myself busy and not think about feelin sick but it seems to be unwilling to let go at the moment and I,m sweating big time (just lucky I have some trial samples of Dove deodorant in my draw or they girls would be telling me to go home lol). Is this normal.....I'm putting it down to the stress and that once Monday is out of the way and I have a definite plan of action these feelings will get better.

I hope you are all having a good day and enjoying the sunshine if you have it in your area, its gorgeous here so maybe that would account for me sweating..never thought on that one till now.

I hope it is the sunshine making you a Sweaty Betty...but stress and nerves and being scared are all contributers in that area, so it would be perfectly normal (if unpleasant).

Glad you had a good day yesterday and wishing you as best a weekend you can manage.

  • Half a cream cake - not possible... no cream cake would be safe in the vicinity of my mouth. Have a good weekend and keep busy.

Fresh cream eclairs are good for you, they also dissolve all the calories in the body left over from eating biscuits too.

    :-)

Terri - you managed only half of it, thats will power lol.  Don't mention ironing, I keep putting mine off.  My excuse is that I am going for the guiness book of records for the highest pile of ironing - but I suspect its going to fall over. :o)))

    Have a fab weekend
