Saturday 26th Oct
Not too bad a day all in all, had the luxury of a lie in and then spent a lazy day with my 3 yr old watchin buckets if CBeebies, am now findin that this thing that has decided to enter my life without an invite does play games with your mind, I discovered a lump at the top of my leg last nite and immediately flew into a blind panic, othe half still making his way home so sos phone call made to mum in law. 6 minutes later and she is standing here looking and feeling this lump, did it hurt ?, a little, when did you find it ?, about 7 mins ago. What to do, could panic and run to A & E but have decided its probably nothing and I am going to have my arm drained on Monday anyway so if its still there then I will mention it to Mac nurse.
Sunday 27th
Have had better nights, my arm is now quite swollen which makes lying in a comfortable position nearly impossible, by 3 oclock gave in a took some painkillers that I still had from the hospital and manabged to eventually fall asleep. Woke up and looked at the clock 11, rushed downstairs to find out why no one had woken me and let me waste half the day in bed to see that the time wa only 10 oclock so that wasnt so bad, managed to get the rest of the washing out to dry and did the essential ironing. 3 yr old decides he wants to watch TV in my bed so another lovely afternoon spent in bed with my lovely son munching on quavers and singing along to all the programmes. Hope I can get some sleep tonite but it should be better once its drained tomorrow.
