Registered with new Haemo

1 minute read time.

Now that i've moved home i have finally got to see a local Haemo last week.

I feel that i was a person (not another number) when i saw my Haemo this last week, had time to talk things through, did a thorough examination too.

My WBC has raised again since April & my HB is still raised, am going to have a Jak2 test next week to confirm if all's well.

What was good is the fact my Haemo accepted i have both CLL & Crohn's & that the two present different problems but their are similar characterists ie Fatigue.

I explained how i've been struggling with staying awake & the need to go to bed during the day (before i fall over).

I try to do some sort of excercise during each day but everything seems such an effort & waking up as tired as i went to bed is no fun.

My blood presure is rather high (was picked up in July at my new GP), it's lowered a little this last week but i think i ought to pursue why it's so high with my GP.

Anyone else suffer high blood pressure?? I'm getting constant headaches.

I also saw a MSK specialist recently about my knee.

I know i should've pursued it ages ago as it's been giving me constant pain for well over a year, but been busy with the house move & Chris's Achilles heel rupture &  being tired & fatigued too!!

He gave me an injection in the knee & has referred me to have a camera investigation of the knee where they can view the wear/tear more.

Seems like i'm falling apart when i read back on all that's been happening, but i guess i should've got things sorted out sooner.

Have got my appointment with my new Crohn's Consultant next month, hoping that as he & my Haemo work together things will be easier.
