Hi, not posted in a few weeks so thought I would catch up with all my mac friends! Been back in work now for 3 weeks which has been great so good to get back to some sort of normality. Still quite uncomfortable with my skin donor site but have found a dressing that makes me more comfortable in work as i am sitting and it is on the back of my thigh and I tend to think do whatever works for you there doesnt seem to be any right or wrong way to get through so whatever feels right go with it!
Driving is very uncomfortable but i keep telling myself at least I get the chance to be uncomfortable and that puts everything into perspective...
Off on holiday next week - camping in Burnham on sea and i cant wait! We took up camping last year when my husband was made redundant as it was a cheap holiday and absolutely fell in love with it so we are so excited lol
Just had my latest 3 month check up at Velindre (cancer hospital) and had the all clear for another 3 months so gonna live my life to the full til next appointment in October - fingers crossed for that one!!
Oh and the showers are continuing without the family waiting outside the door so how well am I doing!!!
