.....and so creeping up in the middle of the night arrives the thick sticky saliva. It wasn't here at bedtime and now it just can't shake it. Salt water, Caphopsol, coughing...... It's here to stay it seems. Most unpleasant.

Good morning DLC ... just popped in to say that as bad as the thick, stringy saliva is it's a temporary side effect, so take heart. Keep up with those mouth rinses and try one made up with bicarbonate of soda - it's a natural cleansing agent and may help break the gunk up. Take care x
