Day of rest apart from the zapping at 4pm today.
Didn't see anyone else after yesterday's session as the nurse was doing something else and they said they would see me if required but I had Nothing new to report so decided not to.
Quite tired again yesterday after the trip into work, so fell asleep quite early.
Red patches are showing up more in my face now, you can actually see rectangles of the treatment areas on my neck. I keep apply the aqueous cream to keep it moist.
Had longer spells of sleep again last night, but still did meds about every 3-4 hours. Had quite a sore throat this morning. Have also dropped a bit of weight today, mainly because I probably haven't been having quite enough ensures, so I'll try and sort that today. Nothing else new to report.
