Definately got some longer spells of sleep last night which was good, but it meant each time I woke up I'd missed a drug time by about an hour so things were a bit more uncomfortable, but quick to get back off to sleep again.
Thursday I usually see the nurse but today the paper work says some other kind of review too.
Planning to go into work for a couple of hours later, so will update later.
