I did indeed get to go home yesterday!!!! Lying here today can't believe that this part of the journey is over.
Medications I came home with Paracetamol, iron , mouth wash.
Things I've noticed since I got out..... Top of my right arm is quite swollen, I'm assuming this is from the blood thinners being injected there? Also slightly bruised. Seem to be in the edge of getting my period (2 weeks early) a bit of net research tells me this could be the effect of surgery.
I'm eating quite well so no problems there. We popped into a shop in the way out ( as there was no food in as I was expected to go today) and you forget that you're talking really funny as you're surrounded by people that totally 'get you'. Then we saw someone we used to work with who didn't notice anything and said "hello, how are you?" To which I relied "oh fine thanks" as we walked away we just looked at each other and couldn't stop laughing!!!
