Still healing

It's now 4 weeks and 4 days since my surgery. I attended the outpatient clinic today and the doctor seems happy with my healing graft. I am to attend my next outpatient appointment in 4 weeks when the doctor expects the graft to be fully healed and no visible scarring!! I myself, have been feeling much better during the past few days and think I can visibly see healing and the graft site slowly looking smaller.

It is now 8 months since my BCC was removed and my skin graft. Last Tuesday I was discharged from the skin clinic. My nose had healed and the scar is barely visible. I intend putting a photographic record of my journey onto Youtube and I will place a link here for others who are interested to view.

That is great news. Pleased to read you are happy with the results too.

No doubt it would ease a lot of worries for those newly diagnosed to know BCC is do'able without too much scaring.
