he is 50 years old suffering from kidney cancer which was removed .cancer cells found in his lungs.2 months chemo treatment.then spinal cord compression.now in hospital told wont walk again tumour hasnt shrink after rad treatment what now?

Hi I am sorry to here about your brother. I can't really tell you what now as my experience with cancer is different.
What I can tell you is that if you stay on this site there are lots of wonderful people who can help you in one way or another.
So sorry to hear about your Brother, You both are going through a very hard time and the sad thing is it wont get any easier. So stay close together,talk and understand whats going on, you will need to be strong and caring for him make him feel as comfortable as you can.But also remember to look after yourself too.
