Usual routine today. Hickman gave up the blood without a fight this morning so that was a good start. Neutrophils are zero so today or tomorrow will be the bottom out days before things start to rise. Platelets down to 40 which means the daily Clexane injections (blood thinner) have been stopped so that’s another little bonus. Feel good today. Spent a nice afternoon digging out you tube stuff to pass on to the boys. Today sent them a whole load of music to explore from soundtracks, blues women and a couple of really cool dance clips from films. They sent a few bits by return. Also gave them both some (garbled) help with their Psychology assignments. Dongles are great J . Have discovered how to take my twice daily itroconazole syrup (prevents fungal infections and tastes bad. Really bad.). i just down the morning one before I do anything else - that way the day can only get better. The bedtime one has a movicol chaser - totally disguises it. Necessity being the mother of invention and all that :) nite nite x
