Hi All,
Just to let you know the lates - our christmas cruise was not quite as good as I had expected, and I ended up confined to the cabin for 72 hours with a tummy bug! I did manage Christmas day and New Year's Eve, but the bit in the middle disappeared. We got home and within 6 hours my husband got the bug as well, but worse than I was. Spent the next 2 nights in the spare room so I didn't catch it again.
I dutifully had my Ct scan 3 weeks ago, and arrived at the hospital today to find out the results - guess what? They hadn't come through, been dictated but not typed up yet was the story. My oncologist was not pleased with that, but my count had gone down again, so is now normal and despite the lack of scan results he feels that I am unlikely to need to see him for the next 3 months. Wonderful news.
Here's hoping he says the same in April.
