I wish it was me

Less than one minute read time.

I wish it was me and not my mum that had to go through this bloody horrible OC. I am so much better equipped.....

hi hunni, my daughter felt like you two years ago when I was diagnosed with two seperate cancers and please believe me when i say we would never want our daughters to be in our shoes. Iam still here and survived to share in my grandchildrens lives.Your love and support will help our mum in so many ways only she will know.I hope things work well for you all too, Big hug

I think as daughters we all feel this way, it's only natural that we want to take away the pain from those we love. I said the self same thing in my blog the other day. Be there for her and she will know how much you love her.

    ((((((((hugs))))))))

agree with susie, the last thing your mother would want is to swap with you, she would find that far harder

Yes you can feel powerless but you can help your mum by being there for her and loving her like im sure you do very much.

    Good luck

    kind regards
