Just wanted to let you guys know that I am still around, but to be absolutely honest I have been suffering mentaly since I have been on here.
My doc reckons it is my emotional capital that has been drained after spending time on the site with you guys, I cant help myself I have to know all about each and every one of you and your situation and I was finding myself in tears almost daily and getting worried about my own health.
So Doc told me to take it easy and not spend so much time on here, I will pop on now and again but not for so long in future,
