    Hi Everyone I went for my post-radiotherapy check-up yesterday and I was told that to all intents and purposes I was cured and they did not expect it to return. I am in shock as I expected them to say I was in remission. They are keeping me under long-term review for a while. As quick as the cancer came it has now gone!     Hi All Well I finished radiotherapy to my right axilla last Thursday and apart from skin reaction and the occasional shoulder twinge I have survived it quite well. I have a back to work meeting next Monday and all being well I hope to go back to work, part-time, on the 23rd March. I am going to Coniston for the weekend as I ordinarily do a lot of walking.     Hi All Went for my 1st radiotherapy treatment yesterday following chemotherapy. Because I am feeling physically ok at the moment I decided to use public transport to get there rather than hospital transport as I thought it would be quicker. As you will know it was Friday the 13th yesterday but I wasn't worried as I am not particularly supersticious. I allowed extra time, as you do, to allow for any eventuality. What…
