Hallo all my Macmates. Last weekend we went to the Belfast Bash. It was such a great pleasure to meet my cyber friends, some who I have known for 3 years or more through the old "What Now" site. I also made some new friends.
We arrived on the Friday and some of us met up for a drink and then had a meal together which was really nice.
On the Saturday we went to Lizg's where her and her family made us all so welcome and had provided a feast fit for a king. The morning had started so bright and sunny but as seems to be the norm this year not long after we arrived the rain started. This still did not dampen our spirits and the merriment continued. We had a few quizzes one of which was guess the irish sayings, I have problems understanding english sayings so needless to say team tin villas score was very low. We also had to try and imagine why it had taken Tweety-pie & Steven 6 hours to get from the airport to their hotel (should have taken around half hour) and then over an hour from the hotel to Lizg's house. Found out when they eventually arrived that they'd gone to the giants causeway first or so they said 
We also took time out to remember absent friends. At the end people were already asking where the next one would be held and thanks to Julie we now know it will be "The Lakes Laugh In" to be held in.... Yes you've got it the Lake District. Actual date to be decided but looks like May next year so watch this space.
On the Sunday Laurence, me Julie(JuJu53) & Dick went to have a look around Bangor, which is a lovely seaside town but all to soon it was time for us to catch our plane. We both had a lovely time and can't wait for the next one.
