All Change

Less than one minute read time.

Went to see Onco John on monday and we had all the usual, How are you feeling? Any symptoms? Hows the cough & breathlessness?  etc etc   Then he told us he was leaving and that would be the last time we saw him.Tongue Tied  A month ago our Mac nurse of 3 years Michelle changed jobs, now we lose Onc John.  Sad

Oh well have to break newbies in, As long as they don't expect us to keep visiting them regularly, we are far too busy enjoying life to keep having our plans interrupted by hospital visits.Big Smile  Yes Laurence is still doing really well.  I have taken early retirement so that I can spend quality time with him. Since retirement we have just been so busy. Long may it be so.

Too all my MacMates Love Life & Lots of Laughter

  • Hope you get a nice new Onc to replace Onc John. It is soooo important that we patients build up a good relationship with those who are treating us. As for retirement - how on earth did we fit in all those chores when we were working. Perhaps the two hours we spend over meals might account for the day slipping away?

    Keep enjoying every minute.
