As per my previous post, dad was diagnosed in the summer with mesothelioma, his health has gone downhill since then.
at the moment he is taking oromorph for his cough, although i am unsure as to how a painkiller helps his cough. he has been really ill this week with cold sweats, high temperature, coughing all the time and feeling very sick. We are unsure as to wether this is all part of the illness or maybe an infection, or maybe the medicine.
he had radiotherapy a few weeks ago and starts chemo in 2 weeks, he has seen his doctor who says his symptoms are all part of the illess.
just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences with these symptoms and the illness, we are unsure wether it is the "next stage". my mum is running round like a headless chicken and is not handling things very well, she is finding it so hard to see her husband so ill so quickly. he has always been a really fit healthy and strong man
