Still no news!

Less than one minute read time.
Had a phone call from the specialist this morning. Still looking very like angiosarcoma, but inconclusive. Anywhere else he said they'd just remove it and look afterwards, but he doesn't want to remove the breast unless they are sure, so I'm going in for a surgical biopsy on Friday. I always imagined there would be lots of people around talking in hushed voices giving me this kind of news, not a phone call at work! Mind you I think the first doctor I saw a couple of weeks ago was so excited to have found something unusual he just said it definitely was a sarcoma and I was being referred. At least this specialist sounded sympathetic (well sort of). Thursday night I'm supposed to be going to Birmingham with the family to see hubby's fav soprana. We've had the tickets for a year now. I probably won't go as I'm booked in to hospital on Friday morning. Mr T said he'd not go to Birmingham so I had to threaten not to go in to hospital as he's been dreaming of Birmingham for 11 months. So its back to the waiting and imagining . . . . . .
