hiya im just wondering if anybody had any advice.My father has had lung cancer now for 6 months he recived 20 blasts of radio therphy and untill 2 months ago started to feel well again.He all of a sudden started feeling sick and not eating and was taken into hospital were they said he has thrush of his wind pipe.We took him home but he continued to feel ill every other day and has now been in and out of hospital 5 times.The hospital only did a ct scan on sunday and yesterday we were told the awful news that its now spred to his liver,bowl lining, esophagus and tummy lining were also awaiting a bone scan result.I no the out come isnt going to be good but the doctors arnt telling us anything.Does anybody have any info on what we should expect and how long do people with this kind of cancer live.Also they carnt start any treatment as yet untill the result of the liver biyopsy comes back so they now what kind of cancer it is im just soo frustrated.
