My dad was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer and secondary lung cancer last year. He was prescribed sutent which was doing the job..........5 weeks ago we got told the cancer had spread to his brain he had 5 days of radiotherapy and is now expereiencing the side effects. He's now got a really dry cough so we went yesterday for a x.ray today the doctor called to say the cancers now spread to both lungs and hes got several metatorso. OMG what does this mean. We now have to wait until the 21st to see his Oncologist. Dad does not want to know all the details of his illness but I would like some idea of what to expect what do I do?
