Hi Sazbaz, I haven't experienced what you have, but, as scary as it is you must go to your GP to have it checked. If it is unrelated you can set your mind at rest.

Hello Sazbaz                                                     When I was waiting for confirmation of breast cancer I went to my GP about A swelling at the top of my leg (same side as breast cancer) I had had it over a year but had never thought anything of it untill I looked up how far the lymph nodes go.I was sent for a scan within the week both my GP and the doctor who did the ultrasound said it was just lipoma(benign fatty lump) So fingers crossed yours is the same                                                       Best wishes
