I have never posted before but i have been following sarahs personal blog on sarahchalmers.webs.blog.com about her fight against cervical cancer. I have been on her blog today and comments have been posted that she passed away on 21 May. Her facebook page also says she has passed. Just thought you would like to pay your respects..
