ok i had my breast removed and reconstructed on the 16th October.. still to receive results from the breast tissue in 2 weeks.. my boob looks good... still sore but hey i'm alive and thats what counts..

like to say a big thankyou to charing cross and the peeps on here..

Hi Sarahlisa. I bet you're glad it's all over now.

Recovery will take a while, but take it easy until you're healed completely.

Good luck with the results in a fortnight.

Nice to read this. I have just finished chemo and await the next step which is probably removal of the breast which absolutely terrifies me so nice to read something positive.Hope your results are good.

thankyou for all your kind words...

the results from my breast that they removed is small amounts of cancer found on breast muscle .. they are deciding what treatment i will need next as a pre-cautionary measure..
