Hi All,
Havent been able to go on chat for a while due to my own laptop being crashed and my work laptop wont let me log on, which has been a nightmare. Even harder as my fella had a heart attack 3 weeks ago so feeling abit isolated and alone. I really do miss chatting to everyone on chat and feeling not so alone when so much is happening around me, if that makes sense.
Its been about 4 weeks now since l last finished my radiotheraphy and still havent received my date for my scan which is worrying me abit - just want them to confirm all is ok again but the longer l wait the more worried l get. I have phoned up several times and they keep telling me its getting sorted and l will receive a date and appointment - but nothing as yet. After my first radiotherapy lt was really quick but not this time - has anyone else experienced this or advice me what l can do. Maybe lm being over paranoid or just impatient - l dont know.
Any help would be appreciated.

So sorry to hear about your fella, hope he is OK. Please keep your chin up and remember we are all behind you and wishing you well. You need not feel isolated with a wonderful site like this. Keep pestering the hospital ref your scan, the more you keep on the quicker you will get an answer. Good luck darling. Annxxx

yeah he is fine , got two stints to his heart which one of them got blocked and caused him a heart attack but he is on the mend now, we make a right pair lol
I will keep ringing the hospital until l get a date for my scan but it wears you down, makes you feel unimportant if you get what l mean.
yes this is a great site but l find it hard to make friends and even harder now that i cannot access the chat room at the moment
Hi Sarah, sorry for not replying sooner, been a bit down over the last few days and not logged on. Missing my darling Ray too much. Please keep on ringing the hospital, I know it is very wearing but you are a very important person, always remember that. My heart goes out to you and I hope you get your scan soon. Annxxx
