Hi every body well first symptoms in November 2008 ,diagnosed with cancer March 18th 2009
tests tests and more tests
treatment operation on my ovaries then radiotherapy
just wait for phone call they said on 23rd April 27 days later today in fact i got that phone call
i go in tomorrow and have my operation on Thursday
boy am i happy and scared Thursday is the first day of my fight to rid my body of this terrible disease
how long will it take i don't know , will i suffer i don't know will i survive yes i will
i hope to be out the weekend i will let you all know how i get on love you all loads be strong xxxxx

Good luck for your op Thursday. I'm having surgery on Friday so we can think of each other as we recover. This is my second operation for cancer so I'm not too scared, I just want to be rid of this horrible disease.

My breast cancer surgery was my first experience of surgery too. You are bound to be anxious but it was a lot less traumatic than I imagined. It is the fear of the unknown - I know my mind was in a turmoil. When I had my second lot of surgery I was fine because I knew what to expect. The very best of luck and let us know how you get on.
