Was back at Queen's today to see the hearing specialist. After a audiogram I was ushered into to see the man himself adter my huge hospital folder wouldn't fit in the rack by the door and it fell oon the floor scattering my medical history asunder.
The docotor had a look in my ears - looked at my audiogram and asked me if I have any hearing problems. Yes - can't hear the TV. Can only use the phone in my left ear but the biggest problem is a hearing aid might stop my wife moaning at me! He sat for a moment then said that if hearing aids could do that he would get a couple himself! So that's it. Off to get my ear moulds on the 22nd and then wait for the appliances.
Going with Picko tomorrow to the radio shack for another blast - that's his third of five and it is causing him a lot of grief at the moment.
Keep smiling
love
Drew
