Pleased to hear that the cancer has been found early, that must be a huge relief. I understand your disappointment at not being able to have children, but there are options you and your husband can explore when you have recovered from your surgery. I am glad that they have caught your cancer early and that you will not need to have chemo.  Although you are feeling sad about not being able to have a baby, in time you can always consider surrogate or some other option.  When are you having the op done?  Take care love Carol XX
