Like most places in the UK we've had our fair share of snow this past week (a bit more is being added as I type!) and travelling has been fun to say the least. On Monday a routine trip to Gloucester Hospital was called for. We dug our way out to the main road and proceeded in an orderly fashion to Gloucester. We’ve all read about it, all thought about it and now we’re going to deal with it. Stress. It’s perfectly natural to be stressed at various points in life and no doubt, in small doses, stress can be quite healthy. In bigger doses most of us would agree that it’s unhealthy. What I want to know is how to relieve stress when it builds up to volcanic levels, any ideas?…

It's gone. Don't know where but I wish it would come back. Maybe it hasn't gone completely and is just deflated and sulking under the sofa or something. But I want it back please.
