Hi Victoria
My husband has oesophagus cancer, he has just finished radiotherapy a month ago. I have to blend all his food at the moment, and build up drinks and complain is helpful. He goes through very different emotions, one day bad, one day good. I just try to be there and listen. It is very hard to find out your parent has cancer, you will also be confused and upset at what is happening to your mum, just be there for her and listen to her feelings. Have you found out what treatment she is having yet.
Keep me updated and let me know how she is
Take care
Kath
