    Dear Kath,

I still talk to my fiance every day & have a big end of day chat before I go to bed - it gives me a lot of comfort. I'm sure you feel the same way too.

Take care of yourself Kath, I'm thinking of you.

After 4 years I still miss my hubby very very much.

I will never stop loving him, missing him, and talking to him. As poodle so rightly said it helps and gives alot of comfort to chat. I still cry for him when I am alone.

It never go's away, but the pain do's get easier to bare, we do learn to reinvent ourselves and a life without them.

Like it or not we don't have a choice but to go on with our lives and live them in their memory.

After-all they didn't have a choice not to leave otherwise they would still be here.

It will get easier give it time, I promise.

It took about 2 years before I started to feel a little better.

Take Good Care of Yourself Kath.

    Lots of Love Julie X

    dear kath

i talk to my dad too, and so does my mum, all the time. as julie said above, it takes a very long time for the utter despair to ease a little, and until then, the best one can do is get through it one day at a time, any way that you can. some days are better than others, as i am sure you will find.

i hope that with support and understanding from your family and friends, and the great community on Mac, that you will find a way to cope.

thinking of you, and will be especially on saturday.

    love and hugs, Claire xx
