I was at a very deep low last night and I want to say thank you to all the wonderful people who helped me out of it, Indie Chick and Jo especially but all of you in general. I am not too bad this morning and am getting ready to go to the Hospice and have a chat with the lovely Shonah, these chats do help and I hope to got some things off my chest.
