I was on alendronic acid +calcichew for years but post my breast cancer ops they transferred me to continued calcichew or Accrete + blood tests and six monthly infusions. Apart from the fact Covid has lead to cancellations I have no side effects from the anti-osteoporosis infusions. It might be worth you checking it out.
