mum and oesophegal cancer

Less than one minute read time.

just been away for a few days to try and recharge my batteries while my sisters took over caring for mum who has oesophegal cancer.mum has also had 2 strokes so cant have operation or chemo .,just palliative care ,its really hard not knowing what to expect .mum phoned and said she was missing me so felt guilty for not being there for her.

Don't feel guilty - you have to look after yourself so you are able to look after mum. Everything works better with fully charged batteries! I'm a carer too so I know xx
