dads sister and lung cancer

well found out yesterday that dad has lost another sister to the dreaded cancer .beryl died of lung cancer last friday at our local hospice leaving two devastated children a husband and a grieving family.my dad has already lost another sister jenny and abrother john to this awful thing called cancer.we also lost my brothers wife 20 years ago this month to cervical cancer she was only 39 years old and left a two year old son ,,,,now we are going through it all again with mum xxx

Hi Flower,

Yes it is one nasty disease. I started out one of 13 Children. Cancer has taken 4 of them and one died of a stroke. Thats life and we have to live with it.

Hi Val

I am so sorry to read that you have just lost an aunt to this dreadful disease, it must be very difficult on top of what you are going through with your mum. (how is her depression, ?xx)

Just wanted to send a hug your way, and to say to you to fight for every thing for your mum, dont take anything for granted as far as nhs goes, often those who shout loudest are the ones that are heard xxx
