i there not done this for a while. did the race for life last sat. lined up at the start with the balloons to let off and then the tears started how emotional was i my friend held my hand all the way round we only did the ist lap, was the survivers lap the race went on all the day and into the next. then we let off the balloons ans they played angels the song and we all cried bunch of soffties. then the best part buffet and a drop of wine then we had a laugh the sun was out for a change and it was a great day. hubby has his cast off this friday 30th so back to work after that i hope get him out of here, have my living room back fed up of him sat in chair on my laptop!! ok off now pammitchell

Sounds like the Race For Life was an enjoyable if not emotional event. I did it a year ago but next year will be running (well I say running - lets face it, I'll be walking fast LOL) for different reasons.
