hi doris   sorry i didnt get back to u sooner i must have missed you somehow.  do u do themanual lymph excercises.  my physio has taught me these and they do work i will try to explain them to u so bare with me.  start by deep breathing holding your tummy dont raise your shoulders.  rest your 2 ring fingers under your neck just by your ears at the back of your jaw with your next fingers by them.  do circuler movements  backwardstowards your ears. do this 10 times. move down to your chest bone do the same movements 10 times.do this under your left arm there are lymph nodes there then move across your chest till you get to the other arm do this movement in about 5 places across your chest .. stroke your arm from elbow to the shoulder like a caress then from the wrist upwards then across your chest to the other armpit. this helps move the fluid across and to the lymphs that work i guess u had some out i have done this for the lymphedema in the right hand reverse if yours is left hand .. if u find this a bit hard to understand just get in contact with  me but it is manual lymph drainage maybe u can get something written about it.   all the best pamela.
